1/17/25- We have been notified that the outage has been restored. Be aware that you may still experience some issues while the processor continues to fix issues that have arisen. 

As of 1/17/25, we are still experiencing a credit card outage due to a power outage at our processing company. During this time you may still be unable to use your KUE credit card. 

KUE has been alerted to an outage that is affecting KUE Visa Credit Cards, making it unable for you to make purchases with the card. We will update this alert when we have additional information. At this time there is no timeframe for when the outage will be resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
