Fraud Alert: Phone Number Spoofing Scam

We have been made aware that scammers are spoofing KUE’s fraud detection phone number in an attempt to obtain personal and account information.

Please remember:
• KUE will never call, text, or email asking for your online banking password, security codes, debit card PIN, or full card number.
• Do not provide personal or account information to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.
• If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from KUE, hang up and contact us directly.
