Make a payment on your KUE Federal Credit Union loans from any external (non-KUE) account straight from a text message or through the online portal.
What You Should Know
You will receive a text message letting you know the amount due on your loan. By clicking the link in the text, you will be able to view payment options and pay the amount due.
The link will take you to an online portal where you will be asked to verify your account with your account number and date of birth.
If you want to opt out of our text messaging service, reply to the text with "STOP".
When you verify your account for the first time, you will be required to set up the following:
- 4 digit PIN: Once you have entered your account number and date of birth, you will be prompted to create a 4 digit PIN. You will need this PIN to verify any future payments.
- Preferred method of payment: To make a payment, you will need to add your preferred form of payment in the online portal. You can do this by selecting ADD NEW DEBIT CARD or ADD NEW BANK ACCOUNT. This will open a secure website for you to input your debit card or bank account information. If done correctly, there will be a message stating "Payment Method Success" and you will be redirected to the payment portal.
Once your account has been successfully verified, you will be directed to the payment portal where you will be able to see your loans, select your preferred payment method, and make a payment.
