Get to Know KUE FCU
KUE Federal Credit Union was founded in 1976 by a group of Kentucky Utilities employees looking to bring the benefit of a credit union to their fellow co-workers. With a group of 12 founding members and approval from the National Credit Union Association, KUE was up and running.
KUE’s humble beginnings started in a desk drawer of one of those employees. Soon, KU employees began signing up to be members. Over the years our membership field has expanded to include the employees of Louisville Gas & Electric, Old Dominion Power, PPL Corporation, Davis H. Elliot Company, and Groves Construction.
